The Energy Guy

Stephen Todd is the Energy Guy. He works with owners and managers of commercial buildings to reduce their operating expenses.

He designs custom, tailor-made strategies his clients use to reduce utility costs, typically by tens of thousands of dollars per year. With his unique strategies, he’s able to do this with no additional capital investment required by the owners.

He also provides “headache relief” as the go-to guy to resolve problems with HVAC, Building Automation, Lighting, and Lighting Control Systems in buildings.
